The mPower Approach

In this episode of our Mission Minded Podcast, Jim and Jon are joined by Tim Williams. Tim is the President of mPower Approach, an organization whose mission is "to empower indigenous believers with the tools and training to take the Gospel to the ends of the Earth." Tim recalls his years doing missions work as a dentist and the life changing moment when he was challenged to consider going and training rather than going and doing. He realized that he could significantly increase his impact by training indigenous believers rather than doing all of the work himself. This would equip them with skills to provide them with access to areas known to be hostile to missionaries.
